Eligibility for Returns

  • The item has not been used, worn, washed, or damaged

  • The product is in its original packaging and condition

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is provided

Items that are damaged due to misuse, neglect, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for a refund.

How to Request a Return

  • Full name

  • Order number

  • Reason for the return

  • Photo(s) of the product (if damaged or defective)

Once your request is reviewed and approved, you will receive further instructions regarding the return address.

Important: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refund Process

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email about the status of your refund.

If approved:

  • A refund will be issued to your original payment method

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the funds to reflect in your account (depending on your bank or provider)

Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the mistake was made on our part.
